Where will you see the biggest benefits?

Triceps

Triceps are the muscle that extends (straightens) the arm at the elbow. They enable us to peform many push movements.

Triceps get a lot less popular attention than biceps but, arguably, are more essential!

Front delts & upper pecs

Pecs and front delts are my weak area – we all have different genetic potential.

Still, I’ve achieved more progress in 7 months of doing my workout, as I ever did in years of on/off “bodybuilding” in the gym.

Don’t forget to breathe!

Please do remember to breathe during your isometric holds. You can use breathing like a metronome for timing your count.

Pro tip: doing some push out “pumps” at the end of your hold will stimulate these muscles even more! Just push your weight up and away from you (it’s a small movement).

Phase 2 will help you develop a bigger, stronger chest and shoulders and triceps. These muscles are fundamental to pushing and lifting, making them crucial to leading an active life. Building (or even just maintaining) these muscles will help you live life to the full for longer!
