(That’s all I do at 54).

Because, I’ve found being in shape doesn’t have to be a never-ending struggle to find the time and energy.

On holiday in my fifties, living life confident fit and strong

What if being in shape was a 75-mins a week problem?

Believe you can’t get into the kind of shape you’d be happier in, unless you become one of those people whose life revolves around fitness?

Ever catch yourself thinking, “I’ve got to get a grip on this”, but cannot see how you could possibly achieve that in your situation?

I came back to fitness in my fifties after four-plus years of feeling too busy and too broken. Since then, I’ve proved this 75 minutes a week at home works.

If you want to finally get your body sorted, without turning your whole life on its head, this is for you.

So, what does 75 minutes a week actually look like?

I started these home workouts skinny, weak and unfit at 51½.

Three years on, this 75 minutes a week still keeps me in the kind of shape I want to be in — without becoming a drag.

Ready to try something completely different?

Because maybe you don’t need more time or willpower. You just need a simpler way to do this.

This program works testimonial. 'If you're busy, it's all you need'

May I ask YOU the question I wish I’d asked myself 4½ years earlier..?

“What if being in shape feels impossible because you’re doing it wrong?”

Not wrong for everyone. Just, not right for you?

Hi — I’m Steve (MiniWorkoutDad!) and, for most of my adult life, getting in shape meant getting to a gym.

I was never fanatical about it, but did enough to feel pretty okay. Sound familiar?

Then something happened: I started a family.

That’s when time stops being your own. But, you juggle and just about manage to keep it going, until…

BREAKING POINT

By 47, I was struggling to do anything useful in the gym — too many injuries, too little time. So, I quit (just for a bit, I thought)…

And, over the next 4½ years I became a husk. When you stop challenging your body, your physicality quietly melts away.

It’s comfortable and so gradual that you barely notice the decline. In your head, you’ve still got it.

Then one day, that’s put to the test…and you fail — miserably. It’s a heck of a wake up call.

So, at 51½, I knew I couldn’t carry on doing nothing. The truth is, nobody can. Here’s why…

DISSOLVING BODY

Over 30, under-used muscles gradually dissolve (it’s called Sarcopenia) leading to frailty. That then increases your risk of weight gain, diabetes, cancer, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.

To avoid losing good years of your life, you need an effective fitness routine — one you can actually stick to! And for years, not months.

So, if you’re going to make fitness ‘stick’, it has to be quick and convenient, right?

And, it has to be a simple way to tick every box. (Not a full-on fitness to-do list every week)…

And it has to work with the body you’ve got now. (Not the more forgiving one you had in your twenties).

That was the checklist for my own back-to-fitness regimen. And, three years ago, it changed how I work out in six fundamental ways. I share those changes — and why they matter — in this PDF guide…

Since then, my ‘Weekly 75’ has been three 25-minute workouts a week. At home. Working lots of muscles at once, doing mainly isometric exercises, using a weighted bag (a GripSack).

Not every week — I’m only human! But, much more consistently than I ever made the gym.

And now (at 54) I’m stronger, fitter and happier with the way I look than I have been all my adult life.

I’m not suggesting I’ve discovered the one true way EVERYONE should achieve this.

But, if you’re struggling to make conventional fitness work, maybe what works for me could work for you too?
