How to start The Weekly 75

You don’t need to join anything…

And you don’t need any special equipment to try getting fit and strong my way.

It’s so simple, even I can stick to it!

1. Pick your workout

The easiest way is following along with me.

The Weekly 75 workouts aren’t like most you’ve tried before. My base workout video shows you exactly what to do and puts you through your paces.

2. Grab something heavy

Anything you can comfortably hold with two hands will do to start with.

  • Sack of rock salt or sand
  • Strong backpack filled with heavy items
  • Heavy weighted vest
  • A kettlebell is better than a dumbbell
  • Large free-weights plate
I designed the GripSack for this training

It’s best for the job.

Some people get one from day one. Others start with something they already have and get a GripSack later.
