Where to find your unique download link
Your unique download link for each digital product purchased is in your order confirmation email. If you cannot find this, please check your junk/ spam folder.
If you paid by PayPal, your order confirmation email may be at that email address, instead of another you may use more frequently.

Exceeded download limit
If you are seeing this message, you have definitely downloaded the item numerous times already to one or more devices.
Your purchase will be stored already on the device you were using when you clicked the download link.
You may have multiple copies of the video or digital product taking up valuable storage space on your device.
Please follow the instructions below for your device.
Cannot locate item after download
Unfortunately, it’s not always clear where items go after being downloaded. All devices and operating systems have their own unique way handling downloads. Here are some common ones…
Apple Phones/ Tablets
iPhones and other Apple devices typically download files to the “Files” app. It has a (blue) folder on the app icon. Click on it and you’ll see a “🕒 Recents” view selector. You downloads will most likely be in there.
Android Phones/ Tablets

Samsung/ Phones Tablets
Your files will most likely have been downloaded to the My Files app. See the Samsung help here
Windows Laptops/ PCs
Downloaded files on a laptop are typically stored in the Downloads folder, which is usually located within your user directory. For example, on Windows, you might find it at C:\Users[Your Username]\Downloads.

If your device or system is not covered here, you can get help via Google. Just Google: “where find downloads on [your device]” or “where download links saved [your device]“.
If you are using a specific browser or mail client program, it’s worth including that in your search too.
Why can’t I just download it when I need it?
Unlimited downloads or streaming is not a service we offer due to the prohibitive cost.
